Tonight I took part in the Be a Donor.ca training session. I am looking forward to organizing a registration drive or maybe even a baseball tournament. I will have to see what is available to me to do that. I am also hoping to get into highschools in the coming school year to raise awareness. The possibilities are endless and I plan to go to all lengths to make sure I research each and every one of them. It is so easy to register and give the gift of life. Just click here. Did you know that people who are the recipients of organs can still donate? Plus age really "ain't nothin' but a number". The oldest person to donate an organ was over 90 years old and for tissue they were 102!! So when I meet resistence in the older generation... well, now I have ammunition to back up the statement that anyone can register!!
